2. Purchases and Billing

Users may purchase credits to use AI-powered features in the extension. Payments are securely processed by our authorized payment partner. Prices and credit packages are displayed on our Pricing page.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. All charges are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

3. Refund Policy

If you experience technical issues or believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team at support@video-brain.app. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to our payment partner’s refund policy.
